1. System Overview & Privacy Architecture

The ACPH Certification Web Application operates 100% locally inside your web browser. No private medical data or scanning results are transmitted to external servers.

🔒 Key Features & Data Security

100% Client-Side Privacy: All case sheet drafts save automatically into your device's browser memory (`iphacph_*`).
Independent Records: Your Healer Profile (Record 01) forms a standalone document and operates independently of patient Case Sheets (Record 03).
VeriSign Timestamp Locking: Signing the declaration locks your signature and date stamp for official profile printing.

2. Step 1: Landing Page & The Three Core Records

The ACPH certification workspace contains three primary record cards:

3. Step 2: Signing the Consent Declaration

On the landing page, click Begin — sign the declaration.
In the modal window, enter your Full Name as registered with IPH.
Draw your signature on the digital canvas and click I agree & sign.

4. Step 3: Completing the Healer's Profile (Record 01)

Click Open Profile (Card 01) to complete your official registration document:

Name of the Healer: Enter your full legal name.
Signature & Date: Review declaration text, sign on the pad, and verify your locked date stamp.

Click Save Profile to generate your standalone Healer Profile PDF.

5. Step 4: Managing the Testimonial Index

Click Open Index (Card 02) to track your 25 required certification cases:

10 Simple Cases
10 Advanced Cases
5 Psychotherapy Cases

6. Step 5: Filling & Managing Case Data Sheets

Click Open Case Sheet (Card 03) to enter detailed healing session data. Every keystroke auto-saves in real-time.

Action Bar Controls

Control Button	Function
Save as PDF	Generates print-perfect A4 PDF for patient records.
Download Backup	Exports standalone backup file (e.g. `ACPH_01_Gayatri.caseacph`).
Load Backup	Restores previously saved `.caseacph` or `.json` backup files.
Clear Form	Clears current case sheet inputs after confirmation.
🔄 Switch Healer / Reset	Erases browser session when switching healers on a shared device.

7. Step 6: Exporting & Submitting Bundles

Click Save as PDF for each completed case sheet.
Click Download Backup to save a digital .caseacph file.
Collect your 25 Case PDFs, Index PDF, and Profile PDF, and submit your bundle to your IPH mentor.

⚠️ Shared Device Protocol

Before a new healer starts work on a shared laptop, click 🔄 Switch Healer / Reset. Confirm to clear session storage, leaving a clean slate for the next healer without modifying saved files on disk.
